After advancing his adaptive body by another stage, He-El saw that night had fallen and simply cooked a meal with the others before staying overnight at Emperor Pilaf's little base.
After breakfast the next morning, everyone took fighter jets back to Red Ribbon Army Headquarters.
Master Roshi came to greet them with an unconcerned look on his face.
Afterward, they each went their separate ways within the Red Ribbon Army.
He-El planned to build the new gravity chamber in the undersea base. After obtaining all of Shenron's knowledge, He-El had gained a very clear understanding of the Dragon Ball Universe. Shenron's knowledge also contained much extraterrestrial technology, as well as knowledge of Namek.
Even Shenron himself had never paid attention to that Namekian knowledge.
Shenron only granted wishes according to the limits set by his creator. Letting Shenron know so much knowledge was an enormous waste.
Shenron would not use that knowledge to do anything anyway.
But in He-El's mind, that knowledge served a tremendous purpose.
It allowed He-El to clearly understand, from the ground up, how the Dragon Ball Universe operated, while also strengthening his adaptive body.
After returning to Red Ribbon Army Headquarters, He-El immediately drew up blueprints and had Turtle lead the newly formed Red Ribbon Naval Corps, made up of his friends, in reinforcing and constructing the new undersea base designed by He-El.
Fortunately, the pirate treasure and the assets left behind by the Red Ribbon Army were enough to build He-El's newly designed undersea base.
But the Red Ribbon Army had a great many people, and living off their reserves would never last. He-El invented high-energy nutrition bars and a variety of instant foods with exceptionally good taste. While setting up food factories around the world, he also restarted the Red Ribbon Army's vehicle production.
