Piccolo was only a step behind. He charged in as well, and the three of them began besieging Frieza.
Shockwaves from their fists and kicks spread in every direction, shaking matter throughout space.
Continuous waves of Ki flew, dodged, and exploded between the four of them.
Bulma, Krillin, Vegeta, Chiaotzu, and Puar could only see the streaks of light left by their movements. They could not even see the actual exchanges.

At that moment, Yamcha felt that Spirit Manipulation God Mode had pushed his control over Ki to its absolute limit. If he continued absorbing any more, he would lose consciousness and allow the Ki to grind away even his soul and will. Then he would never be able to control the Ki again.

Goku used a Kamehameha that could curve to restrict Frieza's movements.
Piccolo was even more direct. He used his own body to restrain Frieza, allowing Frieza to punch through his chest and heart. Goku's Kamehameha struck Frieza directly.
From the foreheads of the three heads in Tien Shinhan's Three Heads and Six Arms form, three binding beams of Ki shot out and wrapped tightly around Frieza.
