The Cosmic Cube was a brilliant blue cube mounted within a circular detection apparatus, secured by ring-shaped sensor lines.

In an instant, the Cosmic Cube's beautiful, ocean-deep blue color rippled with an energy reaction. It unleashed a massive azure shockwave that sent Thor, who had just touched it with his finger, flying.

The surrounding instruments were knocked down one after another by the enormous azure shockwave, their lines sparking.

Nick Fury shielded his face with an arm and squinted at the Cosmic Cube. He and the surrounding researchers were forced back by the shockwave, while quite a few researchers were knocked to the floor and sent rolling.

He-El's expression shifted slightly. He extended his right hand, spread his fingers, and pressed them against Thor's back. Stepping back with his right foot, he channeled the force transmitted through Thor's body into it, cracking the ground beneath his foot as he caught the flying Thor.

The Cosmic Cube's eruption came quickly and faded just as quickly. After releasing that single shockwave, it quietly remained within the circular detector, still brilliantly blue and beautiful.

The scattered researchers had been blasted against the walls. Groaning in pain, they slowly climbed to their feet.

"Thor, what did you do?"

Given the Cosmic Cube's stability, as long as it was not subjected to an excessively powerful external stimulus, even living beings touching its surface with their bodies should not have been a problem.
