Hearing He-El's name, the black-suited men surrounding Hawkeye and Spider-Man, Peter Parker, showed some reaction—but it was not a good one.
They were still under Loki's Mind Suggestion. Hearing He-El's name was like triggering a switch.
All kinds of negative thoughts about He-El instantly surfaced in their minds.
"Damn it, rich people should all die, especially He-El."
"He-El is so rich, yet he won't share even a little with me. What a stingy rich bastard."
"Damn it, he must be living it up every night, throwing parties with all kinds of beautiful female celebrities."
"He-El isn't a good person."
"He must be a hypocritical capitalist, trying to exploit the value of our labor."
"Even if He-El regenerated my little brother's broken leg and got my father a job, he must have had some scheme. Huh? Wasn't I deeply grateful to He-El before? Why do I think he's a bad person? Whatever. He must have a scheme. He's a bad person."
"He-El has so much money. Why won't he give me some? He's a total asshole!"
"His money must have come from exploiting us."
"He's sitting so high above us. He'll definitely bring disaster upon us."
These black-suited men might not have known He-El before, and might never have discussed him. Some had even benefited under He-El's corporation. To them, He-El was someone to be grateful to, or someone they ignored—a man high above the clouds, from a different world than theirs.
But at this moment, under the Mind Suggestion, they all began to feel resentment, dissatisfaction, anger, and jealousy toward He-El. Every trace of negative emotion had a clear target, piling onto him.
Though they held no grudge against He-El, and some had even benefited from his corporation, under the Mind Suggestion, none of them had any goodwill toward him.
