"Shouldn't I have appeared?" Dormammu's ten-meter-tall head, formed from Dark Energy, boomed with icy, oppressive fury as his voice spread throughout the Mirror Dimension. "He-El, do you intend to tear up the agreement with the Dark Dimension?"
The dark tide behind Dormammu's head rolled like a tsunami, surging in accordance with his mood.
The passage connecting to Earth had suddenly opened, giving him the chance to confront He-El directly and demand that he lift the Dark Dimension's curse. It caught Dormammu completely off guard.
Originally, Dormammu had been unable to contact He-El from within the Dark Dimension. When facing Ancient One, he had still harbored a sliver of hope.
He hoped that He-El could truly resolve his curse.
Now that he had an opportunity to face He-El directly, he did not let it pass. With some unease and a sense that he already knew the outcome, he crossed into the Mirror Dimension and questioned He-El.
But judging from He-El's reaction now, he had a bad feeling. He foresaw the worst possible outcome.
He-El was unwilling to help him lift the Dark Dimension's curse!
"To call it tearing up the agreement is rather underestimating me." He-El calmly flicked the edge of his black suit, sending away a few specks of dust clinging to it. Baron Mordo stood before him. Hearing the sound of He-El flicking his suit hem, his heart clenched in terror. His body went rigid, and he did not dare move. His expression became incomparably ugly.
Ignoring Baron Mordo, He-El calmly looked at Dormammu. "It is not time yet, Dormammu. Our cooperation has not ended."
If he truly could resolve the Omega Effect curse, He-El would not be stingy about helping Dormammu resolve his own curse.
But the problem was that the Infinity Stones had not yet been gathered.
