So although Tsukishiro wanted to disgust Ayanokouji and force him to increase his presence, Oreki had used Horikita as a chess piece, further diminishing Ayanokouji's presence.

And despite having such a powerful panel, this tiger had contributed absolutely nothing to the class.
Ayanokouji's peaceful life would be shattered on the spot.
"So they seized the timing." President Sakayanagi said, "Today is the day the new students enroll, and they're busy exploring this strange school."
"The second-years and third-years don't have classes either."
"So there's still time to alter the system."
"I'll apply to have the data changed on the grounds that some students' information is incorrect. I'll restore Ayanokouji's data to figures that match his [performance] at this school."
"However," Little Sakayanagi said, "Principal Tsukishiro only created a panel that could be modified. That doesn't seem to serve his interests."
"The school probably made concessions as well," Oreki said. "Something like trading the contents of special exams."
"So Mr. Tsukishiro probably obtained the authority to set new exam questions."
As the Student Council President, Sakayanagi had the authority to choose the Points assigned to each special exam.
However, she would not be informed of the exam questions or assessment content.
By convention, the first month after new students enrolled was meant to let them explore the differences of the school, with each class receiving 1,000 class evaluation Points.
Then came the Behavioral Standards Exam.
The second month would then bring the customary old-style written test, assessing whether the new students were skilled at using
