Lü Siya was raised within the Lü Family, the founding family of Qingtian Corporation. As a child, she spent more time studying Crystals and Prospecting with her grandfather Lü Zhongqi than most members of her generation, receiving his personal guidance. 1660

Her childhood friendship with Lin Chuan began after his father died in a mine collapse. Lü Siya's father, then a mining-company head, supported Lin Chuan's family and education; Lin Chuan later attended middle school, high school, and the Agricultural University Martial Arts Department alongside Lü Siya. 202 Their friendship deteriorated as Lü Siya entered Qingtian Corporation and embraced increasingly ruthless methods to survive its family and corporate power struggles. 215

Although born into a powerful family, Lü Siya was not its uncontested heir. Qingtian Corporation contained competing factions, while the Lü Family itself had numerous second- and third-generation contenders. She therefore organized her own Red Radiance Jade prospecting expedition to distinguish herself from the family-backed teams that excluded her. 204

Her rapid rise was partly enabled by resources and near-death experiences shared with Meng Chao, including exposure to Red Radiance Jade and the Blue Origin Motherstone. She describes herself as willing to climb by stepping on shoulders—and, if necessary, heads—to survive Qingtian Corporation's internal struggles. 215 This reputation earned her the nickname “Queen Bee.”

Her bluntness often masks a highly calculating mind. She can construct public personas, recruit allies, manipulate opponents into revealing themselves, and turn hostile situations into political opportunities. Her calculated crippling of Shen Yukun both removed a threat and prevented his Cultivation Deviation from killing him. 854

As a Sensitive, Lü Siya perceives the hostile, lustful, and deceptive impulses of those around her.
