Wu Tong refined the Herrscher of Erosion Core into a new Jizo Mitama, combining it with his Spirit Ring and multiple crafting techniques. The weapon manifested as a Faded Elf artifact spirit resembling Little Elysia, leaving Wu Tong to defend her identity to the angry women.

• Wu Tong used the Brain of Wisdom, the Herrscher of Reason Authority, and his crafting methods to forge the Herrscher of Erosion Core into Jizo Mitama.
• Wu Tong sacrificed one of his Spirit Rings and added talismans and other techniques, then bonded with the completed weapon and learned its abilities.
