If divided according to the civilization levels of the Known Universe, the New Tiangong established by Hua Zhen undoubtedly belonged among the Godly Civilizations.
And without exaggeration, no civilization in the entire Known Universe could match the New Tiangong's foundation.
Some might think this was excessive boasting. Could the female Angel Civilization led by Holy Kesha, the King of Gods, truly possess less foundation than a New Tiangong that had been established later?
The answer was naturally yes, mainly for two reasons:
First, throughout the more than seventeen thousand years since the New Tiangong had been established, the civilization as a whole had continued developing without pause. By contrast, Kesha's Angel Civilization had spent all those years at war with Liang Bing's demon civilization. Moreover, to maintain the stability of the universe, Kesha had also sent angels down to carry out justice.
Second, and most importantly, to reduce the time the New Tiangong spent searching for resource veins, Hua Zhen had once imitated the Pangu Civilization. He used the Great Attractor to capture superclusters, then rewrote the parameters of their gravitational centers before finally pulling them into the New Tiangong.
Now, more than ten thousand years had passed. Although the star regions controlled by the New Tiangong were still far from reaching the supercluster-complex scale of the Pangu Civilization at its peak, they were no longer comparable to Kesha's Angel Nebula, Lieyang's Heavenly Dao Star System, or Karl's Netherworld Star System.
