Background / History

Hua Zhen is an Earth man whose soul transmigrates into the body of Tiangong's Third Prince. Initially unfamiliar with the Angel Civilization and the former prince's life, he reviews recordings of the prince's past and relies on additional memories containing knowledge beyond contemporary Tiangong technology 4 149.

He begins researching advanced theories, particularly Super Gene systems, Dark Energy, and wormhole applications. His long-term collaboration with Xuan Ji produces Micro Wormhole Transportation methods for controlling Silver Blade weapons, moving targets, and decomposing targets 28.

Although Hua Zhen initially wants to avoid Tiangong's succession struggle and find a way home, political pressure from Hua Ye and rival factions repeatedly pulls him into court conflict 10 113. After Lian Xi's death and the escalating danger to those close to him, he chooses to compete for the throne through concealed technological development and control of the Sixth Legion 155 156.

As commander of the Sixth Legion, Hua Zhen develops Solo Tactical Wormhole and Authorized Combat doctrines, transforming the Legion into a technologically advanced force. His tactics secure victories in the Northern and Western Territories, increase his prestige, and make him a major power within Tiangong 118 120 181.

The Old Angel King eventually moves against him, using Xin Yao as leverage and deploying the Heavenly Punishment Judgment. Hua Zhen survives, but his Gene Engine is heavily suppressed; after leaving Tiangong to seek a solution, he is presumed dead for thousands of years 249 251 269.

Following his resurrection and return, Hua Zhen reunites with the Sixth Legion, resumes research into the Great Attractor and Sub-Biological technology, and becomes the central figure of New Tiangong 292 390. Hua Zhen is intensely curious about science and technology. He is willing to spend years studying unfamiliar systems, absorbs useful knowledge quickly, and treats advanced weapons and computing technology as decisive tools rather than curiosities 26 83 171.

Early on, he is impulsive, boastful, and sometimes immature; his attempt to demonstrate Taekwondo against Andre ends with him injured and defeated 26.
