Background / History

Lin Hao announced his intention to establish the Heaven and Earth Commerce Association after arriving in Heaven Dou City. He deployed two hundred ordinary subordinates to set up operations, treating the first store as the association’s public face. 22 24

Its initial base was a converted warehouse outside Heaven Dou City. The association’s early business focused on offensive and defensive Level 1–3 Soul Tools, manufactured by summoned specialists. Xian Lin'er and Cai Meier developed an automated production line: a Level 1 Soul Tool could be produced from an iron ingot in about half an hour, with only somewhat weaker power than a hand-crafted equivalent. 28

The Heaven Dou City store had five floors: the first three sold Soul Tools corresponding to Levels 1–3; the fourth handled major transactions and special-resource acquisition; the fifth was closed to the public. Two Soul Douluo guarded the store. Shen Lingmin managed local operations and used marketing to establish the association’s name in Heaven Dou City and nearby regions. 28

To build capital and reputation, the association held a major Soul Tool auction in Heaven Dou City. Its invitations advertised weapons capable of allowing ordinary people to kill Spirit Masters, with its strongest listed product said to rival a full-force attack from a level 95 Super Douluo.
