History

According to Bishop Fergus's church account, the Holy Light Goddess was born in a remote corner of the Underworld during an era when two of the Five Main Gods slept. She developed quietly while greater divine conflicts continued around her. 105

Her first believer was Raiphel, an Elf born from the World Tree who died in the aftermath of a divine war. Heli drew Raiphel from the Underworld River and later granted her the Authority of Light, making her the angel at the left of the divine throne. 105

After remaining dormant through the rise of the third generation of deities, Heli seized the Sky God's Divine Kingdom and became a major divine power. The church records that she commands three subordinate gods and more than a thousand divine servants. 105

Heli defeated the former Goddess of Fate, Ina, and kept her as the angel Terufis. Before losing her Authority of Fate, Ina placed a curse on Heli; Heli believes bearing Lu Xing's children is necessary to break it. 108 150 151

Heli later reveals that she is also the Dark Night Goddess, despite being publicly worshipped as the Holy Light Goddess. 196
