After Araki defeated Yhwach, the Quincy disbanded and the Three Worlds began a new era under Araki’s influence. The chapter ends with Araki revealing that he had promised Yhwach rule over the Three Worlds if he cleared Hell, while quietly considering what to do with Uryu Ishida.
Araki sent Yhwach through a gate to invade another world and gather Reishi to replace what the Three Worlds would lose by removing Hell. Yhwach arrived in the Jujutsu Kaisen world, killed Gojo Satoru, absorbed the world’s cursed energy, and returned to find Araki had used the Wandenreich palace for his own plans with Unohana Retsu and Saito Furofushi.
Yhwach arrived in a medieval fantasy world and discovered that it contained powerful dead souls and a tree capable of connecting worlds. He resurrected legendary dragons and groups of former players and ordered them to conquer the world before the tree connected to another realm.
The Six Great Gods and Eight Greed Kings began their renewed conquest of the world, while Yhwach’s revived dragons brought the Rainbow Dragon Lord to heel. As another wave of players approached, the dragons prepared to meet the invaders on the ninth day.
Nine True Dragon Lords joined Yhwach and began conquering the world, while the Six Great Gods and Eight Greed Kings helped destroy nations across the continent. After Yhwach resurrected the fallen heroes, the Great Tomb of Nazarick appeared, leaving Momonga unaware of the forces waiting outside.
Momonga realized that he and Nazarick had crossed into the New World just as dragons and powerful players invaded the tomb. Yhwach’s forces overwhelmed Nazarick’s defenders and pushed deeper underground, leaving Bone King terrified and longing to return home.
Momonga surrendered Nazarick to Yhwach, who killed and resurrected its defenders, usurped their World Items, and opened a passage to YGGDRASIL. Yhwach killed the Dragon Emperor Nidhogg, seized the power of the World Tree and its two hundred World Items, and prepared to move on to another world.
In the war-torn world of No Game No Life Zero, Yhwach rescued Ivan from a Demon Race and revealed that he was human. After learning how weak humanity was, Yhwach rewrote the world's magic, leaving the other races' powers disrupted and Dragonia trapped in the present.
Yhwach revealed that the Star Grail was the Almighty and empowered Rick and the humans with his blood, turning them into Sternritter to hunt the Old Deus. As the humans began wiping out other races, a Flügel girl confronted Yhwach and realized she could not defeat him, though she still wanted to try.
Yhwach killed and revived Jibril, granted her the Schrift All Counter, and sent her to destroy the races waging war. After Jibril turned against the Flügel and Artosh intervened, Yhwach and the God of War clashed, leaving the solar system tilting out of the Milky Way.
Yhwach seized the Star Grail and reshaped the world of Disboard, but Araki and the Soul King took most of its power, prompting Yhwach to refuse their next mission. Araki entered the world of Re:Zero, sent Natsuki Subaru back home, and captured Satella, who became his attendant.
Araki sought out Felt in the Royal Slums, using overwhelming pressure to restrain Old Man Rom and the girl before revealing that he had come for her. As Reinhard, Emilia, Puck, a mysterious buyer, and an old man gathered, Araki stopped the growing confrontation and said he did not like fighting.
Araki revealed that he planned to bring the world under his world's laws, reclaiming its witches' powers, spirits, and Divine Protections, and demonstrated that spirits could become Zanpakuto. After taking powers and allies from Reinhard, Puck, and others, Araki set out to target the Witch Cult, but Wilhelm killed himself and returned as a young man beside Theresia.
Araki and Satella helped Crusch begin her campaign against the White Whale and Witch Cult, with Satella destroying the beast and Araki reclaiming the Witch Factors from two Sin Archbishops. The chapter ended with Satella wiping out Petelgeuse and his followers while Araki headed to join the battle.
Araki and Satella eliminated the remaining threats and reclaimed the Witch Factors before Araki gathered Pandora, Hector, Echidna, and the other witches to take them to the Phantom Realm. Back in Soul Society, Unohana Retsu confronted Araki about the women accompanying him, while Kurosaki Ichigo unknowingly drank Echidna’s body-fluid tea.
Unohana Retsu hosted a gathering for female Soul Reapers at the Kuchiki Clan villa, where Rukia worried that the captain would attack anyone she considered a threat to her marriage. The gathering turned into a fierce Bankai duel between Unohana and Shutara Senjumaru, leaving Rukia bewildered by their claim that they were only exercising.
Yhwach answered Shirou Kotomine’s prayer, took the identity of RULER named Joshua, and empowered Shirou to help seize the Holy Grail War. Shirou stripped the red faction’s Masters of their Command Seals, spared them, and summoned an extraordinary group of Heroic Spirits, leaving Achilles objecting to Shirou’s introduction.
Shirou summoned a team of powerful Heroic Spirits and asked them to help him save all humanity, then sent Karna and Enkidu to kill Jeanne d'Arc. Karna ambushed Jeanne on a country road, where Siegfried intervened, and Gilgamesh appeared with a display of Noble Phantasms that stunned Gordes.
Gilgamesh attacked Gordes and Jeanne d'Arc, then unleashed the Sword of Rupture, EA, against Jeanne's defensive Noble Phantasm. Jeanne briefly held back Enuma Elish as Enkidu prepared to intervene.
Gilgamesh and Enkidu killed Jeanne d'Arc and Gordes, while Karna defeated Siegfried and the Red Faction advanced against Yggdmillennia. Achilles fought two opposing Servants on the way to the city, then left them for dead as Heracles went to confront Chiron; the green-haired girl appeared to have survived Achilles's attack.
The Red Faction defeated the Black Faction’s remaining Servants and won the Holy Grail War. As the surviving Heroic Spirits gathered, Yhwach appeared and thanked them for completing the Holy Grail for him.
Yhwach recognized the danger of Amakusa Shirou Tokisada’s deathless utopia, while the story later followed the marriages of Renji and Rukia, Ichigo and Orihime, and finally Araki and his partners. At Araki’s wedding, several women challenged his claim of monogamy, leaving him pleading with them to put down their Zanpakuto.
