"Spirit King?"
As one of the Spirit Mediums, Juno instinctively grew excited upon hearing the name.
It was not just her. The Supernatural Creatures present, including Orlando, all reacted to some extent, except Tang Qi.
He did not feel much, as though he had merely heard the name of an irrelevant, boring game.
Yet in truth, the scene David conjured looked anything but boring. Even Tang Qi, who had experienced many Mystic Side incidents, could not help but turn his gaze toward it.
Blurred smoke revealed an enormous circular "arena."
It resembled the Court of Justice's trial grounds from not long ago, only far more passionate and formal.
The Audience Seats completely surrounded the vast battlefield. Within it gathered all manner of Supernatural Creatures, with almost no two sharing the same race or appearance, and they had begun a dazzling free-for-all.
Even more astonishingly, many "Spirit Mediums" appeared amid the melee.
These Spirit Mediums were not all human, but they shared one trait: they all came from magicless universes and were protected within the arena.
Aside from the seats filled with spectators, at the highest point of the arena sat the Nameless Deity upon a Divine Chair, looking down upon everything.
"A god's game. The battles are meant to entertain Him."
Tang Qi and Juno had the same thought.
At the same time, David's voice continued to ring out.
"There are three ways to gather all the cards. The first is what Master thought of before: travel the world and collect the scattered cards one by one."
"The second method is to wait a hundred years. The Spirit Communication Casket will gather them automatically and forcibly summon all cards."
"The third method is to find the one and only Opening Card, which can summon them ahead of time."
"But in
