Briefing: At ███'s recommendation, all information regarding "Tomb World" has been blocked. ███ believed that the currently collected information on "Tomb World" might mislead intervening personnel on a cognitive level. The "Tomb World" affected by the Uncontrolled Ones has undergone fundamental changes, and information about the original world is unreliable.
Thus far, four groups of employees—three groups of interns and one group of full employees—had traveled to Tomb World.
All the interns died. Only one full employee escaped back to the Black Tower, but he was identified as deeply infected and executed on the spot before any intelligence could be extracted.
Following analysis of the executed employee by the Technical Department and the Medical Research Department, the Loss of Control Level was determined to be "Grade III Contagious Loss of Control."

First Tier: Investigate information related to Tomb World, bring back 'viable' flesh tissue from an Uncontrolled One, and ensure the individual is not infected. (Information gathered must exceed 50%.)

Second Tier: On the basis of meeting the First Tier requirements, information gathered must exceed 80%, the Source of Loss of Control in Tomb World must be identified, and evidence connected to the source must be brought back.
