Seed Breaking
It could be called the first major goal of any Knight-Errant.
The moment one broke their seed, when the sapling burst through its shell and sprouted, an innate "consciousness space" would form alongside it.
The Talent Tree, incomparably important to an individual—even ten times more important than their life—was planted there.
This was an important setting the Destiny System introduced for every Destiny Participant.
Compared to the god-level systems of Myriad Worlds, this method of preserving the Talent Tree was far more secure.
Take Tomb World as an example.
The human body could be viewed as a combination of "flesh → soul → consciousness," much like nested dolls.
The Talent Tree, which determined an individual's level and the source of their abilities, was implanted in the brain through advance seeding. Combined with the consciousness generated within the brain, it formed a unique space that concealed the tree in the deepest recesses of consciousness.
The "Talent Tree" corresponded to the zombies in Tomb World, namely the dantian. Before Door Opening, the dantian contained a gaseous form; after Door Opening, Core Formation condensed it into a solid form.
The dantian was located within the outermost flesh. Once it was damaged, the individual would die instantly.
If someone with malicious intentions completely refined and absorbed the inner core, the outcome would not be as simple as having one's martial arts crippled in a wuxia film. While the individual died, a mark would be branded deep into their soul. Even if they reincarnated, they would no longer possess a dantian and would be unable to walk the path of cultivation again.
This showed just how much safer the Talent Tree was. The Destiny System designed by the Black Tower was far more complete than the advancement systems of ordinary worlds.
