Without knowing a Giant's traits, species, or the weaknesses of its heart, killing a Giant native to Infinite City was incredibly difficult.

not only possessed the ability to adapt to unknown environments, but also had the strength and courage to be considered "someone with the potential to enter the inner city and explore the truth of Infinite City."
They would qualify to meet the Lord and receive entirely different treatment.
