It was basically a simple summary of the month's situation.
In the past, the meeting could be held with only a quarter of the members present. Due to the current special circumstances, at least half now had to attend.
Moreover, the meeting's focus leaned toward "containment issues," and Director Charles had brought sufficient materials as well.
"The meeting will now begin.
An additional four observers will be participating in this monthly meeting. Their identities are relatively special, and they will form an important part of one segment of this meeting."
Besides Han Dong, three other candidates had arrived.
One of them had already locked eyes with Han Dong.
"I will introduce them one by one.
First is the designated candidate of 'Power,' Panus, Euler Kramer from Megalanri, the royal capital of S-01."
In the chair marked with the letter P sat Mr. Panus, the representative of power. He was nowhere near as muscular as expected; quite a few members present even looked much stronger than him.
He looked like an utterly ordinary blond man, dressed in a fitted dark suit.
The candidate he had chosen to attend the meeting, however, was quite interesting.
Megalanri, the royal capital of S-01 and one of humanity's three major cities, held development ideals entirely opposite to those of the Holy City. It relied completely on fate and had no desire to establish any relationship with aberrant demons.
It was precisely because of this stance that it maintained rather close ties with the Black Tower, and comparatively more engineers there had established connections with the Black Tower.
Euler Kramer, chosen as P's candidate,
was the director of the Mechanics Research Institute in the royal capital, a position equivalent to that of a Holy City commander.
Though he had perfectly concealed his aura, staring
