Its scale would rival the Gray World—Sharnoth—the deep sea, and the Soul Kingdom—Carcosa.
Anyone wishing to enter the Black Forest had to indulge in physical debauchery with more than ten thousand people beneath a full moon. The one with the deepest immersion might be chosen to enter.

if someone became the partner of a Black Goat Offspring and met the basic requirements, they could also be taken to the Black Forest.
