The other ends of the wires were connected to Gary G. Trovicks, the leader and financier of the Steam Knight Order, who was currently in a "shutdown state."
Using new technology acquired through exchanges and study at Miskatonic University, Mr. Newton was upgrading him and even modifying his "power core"...
All sorts of cables connected Mr. Newton's arm to the financier's back.
The sight made the financier look more like Mr. Newton's "Substitute Emissary," and the two would fight in coordination.
Although the financier was Mr. Newton's creation, they emanated entirely different King's Auras.
Just as the upgrade was halfway complete,
the Ink Light Pillar fired from the Stargazing Room completely dyed the skies above the Holy City. Mr. Newton paused his work and watched this strange scene.
Unfortunately, before he could discern what the ink painting was trying to convey, it was torn apart by the void.
