Ghost Gate Opening!
As Gu Xi cast his first spell, the special Teleportation Gate before him transformed into a Ghost Gate, and countless undead seemed to be trying to crawl out from within.
Gu Xi then stretched out his left hand, and a Book of Life and Death appeared in it. He thrust the book forward, knocking back the undead trying to crawl out.
Peach Mountain Ghost Suppression then appeared above Gu Xi's head, suppressing all the undead that had been knocked aside and opening a path for him.
As he moved forward, the Three Lives Stone Mirror appeared before Gu Xi as well, displaying the conditions of the undead ahead.
The undead that had been pushed back and suppressed were roughly level 20.
They were the undead sent to welcome Gu Xi into the Advancement World.
This was the unavoidable path of the Underworld Master, just as Gu Xi had needed a Bone Dragon to carry him down when he advanced to level 10.
As Gu Xi stepped into the Teleportation Gate, a starry sky appeared before him.
Then the stars in the sky began moving rapidly, forming an ornate Makeup Mirror.
The sight made Gu Xi pause in surprise. He wondered if someone was targeting him.
Why did this situation look so much like something arranged specifically for Gu Xi's Mirror Dungeon?
But Gu Xi had never told anyone about the Mirror Dungeon.
After all, the Mirror Dungeon and Aryadovi City were Gu Xi's core assets. Until he had fully secured them, he would never reveal the location of his first Death City.
So what was going on here? It couldn't possibly be Fate at work, some natural coincidence, could it?
Just then, Gu Xi suddenly saw an image appear within the Makeup Mirror formed from the stars.
