Sequence 7, Witch.

The Potion's Main Materials were an Agate Peacock's Egg and all the blood of a Black Abyss Demon Fish.

The Auxiliary Materials were 80 milliliters of Pure Water, 5 drops of Golden Mandala Juice, 3 Shadow Lizard Scales, and 10 drops of Daffodil Juice.

In the dim basement, Angel took the peacock egg, which resembled a multicolored agate stone, out of its box and placed it beside the crucible.

She then checked the Black Abyss Demon Fish's Blood in the transparent cup once more.

She had enough Shadow Lizard Scales as well. To be safe, she had bought an extra one.

The Pure Water and Plant Juice were all ready.

Taking a deep breath, Angel began preparing the Potion.

This time, preparing the Potion in her own basement put her in a far better state of mind than when she had advanced to Instigator.

But when she recalled that she had been reborn in the dead Cole Granger's body in this very basement—and that he had died from losing control after drinking the Witch Potion—advancing here felt somewhat inauspicious.

Shaking her head to dispel the strange thoughts, Angel measured out 80 milliliters of Pure Water and poured it into the scrubbed-clean crucible.

Next came 5 drops of Golden Mandala Juice and 10 drops of Daffodil Juice. Finally, she tossed three Shadow Lizard Scales, each slightly larger than a fingernail, into the yellowish-green water.

The water in the pot showed no reaction. Through the mixture of Plant Juice and Pure Water, she could see the scales resting at the bottom, with a few bubbles rising around them as the air inside the scales escaped.

Before the Potion's Main Materials were added, these Auxiliary Materials would not undergo any mystical changes.

"Next is the Agate Peacock's Egg."

Angel muttered
