"Only 3,500 pounds?"
Angel drew a sharp breath. The most valuable item she had ever gotten her hands on was the "Devil" Beyonder Characteristic she had sold just a few days ago. It had been worth 3,200 pounds, and only half of it had belonged to her.
She could scrape together 3,500 pounds by selling all the Mystical Items on her, but that ran contrary to her goal of increasing her strength. Hearing a quote that matched her expectations, Angel breathed a sigh of relief, then thought of the Beyonder Characteristics she already possessed.
One was the "Sheriff" Characteristic from Parker, the Beyonder who had died at Capim Mansion. The other was the contaminated Characteristic of the "Rose Bishop" she had encountered and killed in the East Borough. The latter could detect nearby living creatures, and she was currently using it as an ordinary Mystical Item. As for the former, multiple parties were searching for the vigilante "Black Emperor" from the Capim Case, so she did not dare take it out.
"I do have a Characteristic from
