Dorian's heart nearly stopped as Fors pulled Gehrman out of the void like a portrait. His appearance and clothing were almost identical to their last meeting, his expression indifferent and his gaze cold, but his face quickly grew animated.

Although they had met once and had an in-depth conversation about the Abraham Family's curse and Mr. Fool, Dorian could not stop the various legends about the Mad Adventurer he had heard in Pritz Harbor from surfacing in his mind.

Of course, he knew that a large portion of them were false rumors, embellishments derived from a certain bestselling novel series, but that did nothing to prevent his instinctive reaction.

He was not trying to make things difficult for the Abraham before him. As a sequence 5 Traveler, Fors had barely managed to record an ability belonging to a Scholar of Yore. Even with Klein transferring his consciousness into this "double" to reduce the expenditure, her spirituality would approach exhaustion after only three minutes.

This was the difference between possessing divinity and lacking it, something personal effort could not bridge.
