• Angel joined Dunn’s team against Trissy and Mitis, helping drive off the Demonesses and saving Klein from a fatal wound.
• The Nighthawks searched the ritual house, identified Trissy and Mitis, and learned that Trissy had fled toward Backlund while Mitis remained in Tingen.
• At Klein’s dinner, Azik warned Angel that her and Klein’s fates were inconsistent and might be guided by the same force, prompting Angel to search for a dark-red-chimneyed building.
• Angel arranged investigations into the building and Tingen’s criminal groups, then used rival gang negotiations and their arrests to advance her Instigator potion digestion.

• Angel and Dominic sold the Difference Engine manuscript to Mr. A for the Madness Ring and 200 pounds, then Angel repaid her debt to Miss Justice.
• Angel evaded a tracker, bought ammunition, and began working as a Seer at the Divination Club while Alger learned that Angel had died in Tingen.
