After the previous chapter was posted, I lost two followers. My heart aches.

To make this clear in advance, this novel does have a female lead. It's just that, when I was preparing the outline, I realized the female lead could be absent from the main storyline without affecting the core development or conflicts of the plot. She could only be considered part of a side storyline. The plot won't change drastically just because the female lead—or the number of female leads—is different. I've also left enough room and ideas for depicting interactions between the female lead and the male lead.

It's just that, as I kept writing and looked back over the earlier chapters, I somehow realized that Tang San seemed to be following the script of the female lead. Aaaah—this bizarre problem came up, which is why I asked whether everyone had any ideas about who should be the female lead.
