Every Reverie undoubtedly brought considerable changes to the entire world. Anyone with even the slightest concern for the state of the seas would never miss any government news released during that week.
Then, on this day, people finally received some major news.
But it was not about the Reverie itself.
That day, when people received their newspapers and opened them in anticipation of whatever major news awaited them, they found that every front page bore the same photograph.
A photograph of a fanged, clawing Divine Dragon.
"Is that Kaido?"
That was the first thought of everyone across the seas who saw the photograph.
