Bright left Fish-Man Island and headed for the Sabaody Archipelago.
However, he made a slight disguise.
He draped himself in a loose cloak.
It was best not to let the World Government know about his contact with Rayleigh.
As for how he kept the cloak dry underwater, that was actually very simple.
Bright could already release bubbles. Usually, when moving underwater, he tightly layered several dense, highly resilient bubbles over the surface of his body, as though he were wearing a diving suit.
Now, he only needed to enlarge the bubbles enough to envelop the cloak as well.
At Rayleigh's reminder, Bright had deliberately brought several bottles of Fish-Man Island's fine wine before setting out. Rayleigh should like them very much.
Not wanting to waste too much time traveling, Bright moved at full speed. He transformed into a Dragon Human and activated Current Drive, pushing his speed to the limit as he shot through the water like an arrow loosed from a bow.
The Sabaody Archipelago was not far from Fish-Man Island in a straight line to begin with. In less than half an hour, Bright had come ashore at the edge of the archipelago.
Bright asked someone for directions, then headed to Grove 13.
This area was relatively desolate compared to the rest of the Sabaody Archipelago. There were not many buildings, and scarcely any people could be seen.
It took Bright quite a while to find his destination.
It was a bar built on a hillside.
Its name was Shakky's Rip-off Bar.
Bright stepped toward the bar's entrance while releasing his Observation Haki to probe inside.
He heard two voices.
One of them belonged to Rayleigh.
It seemed his timing had not been bad.
He pushed open the bar door.
"Mr. Rayleigh, I brought you some wine."
"Oh!"
