Bright defeated Doflamingo’s forces in Dressrosa and forged ties between Fish-Man Island and Amazon Lily. He then outmaneuvered Charlotte Linlin at her Tea Party and returned to Fish-Man Island, where he and Neptune staged a palace confrontation to prepare the public for a peaceful contest over the island’s future.

• Bright defeated Pica and fought Doflamingo in Dressrosa, then secured King Riku’s acceptance of an alliance with Fish-Man Island and Tesoro’s plan to move his company headquarters there.
• Bright warned Otohime that moving Fish-Man Island’s people to the surface would endanger them, arranged military development with Master Tom, and traveled with Rayleigh to seek Amazon Lily’s cooperation.
• Bright and Boa Hancock fought before agreeing to an alliance, and Amazon Lily shared its Haki Meditation Method with him while Fish-Man Island prepared supplies and sea beasts for the island.

Bright strengthened Fish-Man Island through alliances, weapons, and trade while preparing for conflict with the World Government. After discovering a Seastone deposit and drawing Charlotte Linlin’s suspicion over Doflamingo’s claims, Bright decided to use Linlin against him.

• Bright secured Charlotte Family supplies for Fish-Man Island, approved Tom and Franky’s weapons for mass production, and reunited Jinbe with Haku, who agreed to discuss cooperation with him and Arlong.
• Bright convinced Haku and Dragon to ally with Fish-Man Island against the World Government, while Dragon left a liaison behind and Doflamingo’s alliance with Kaido forced Bright to postpone confronting him.
• Bright trained with Rayleigh, learned the basics of flowing Armament Haki, and joined Tesoro’s expedition to stop the war near Prodence, where Fish-Man Island’s fleet helped defeat the invading forces.
• Bright proposed a free-trade zone and investments to the rulers of Prodence, then used King’s Punch against Weevil while helping Zephyr’s Marines escape their sinking warship.
• The Five Elders offered Fish-Man Island greater cooperation and a Shichibukai position, which Bright rejected, while Doflamingo went to Whole Cake Island to turn Charlotte Linlin against him.

Bright helped expose Doflamingo’s former Celestial Dragon identity, attended his disastrous wedding, and joined Charlotte Linlin’s expedition to Wano Country. After finding Pluton and rescuing prisoners, Bright freed Yamato and brought Doflamingo back to Linlin, then asked him about the Celestial Dragons’ national treasure.

• Bright revealed Doflamingo’s heritage to Charlotte Linlin, who arranged their wedding, while the World Government and Kaido reacted to the news.
• At the wedding, the Donquixote Family and CP0 attempted to take Doflamingo, Kaido arrived to claim him, and Bright fought King before Kaido escaped with Doflamingo.
• Bright sailed with Charlotte Linlin to Wano Country, found the Road Poneglyph and Pluton beneath the Castle Keep, and hid the route to the warship.
• Bright freed the prisoners at Udon, learned how to soften Seastone, and invited Kawamatsu to visit Fish-Man Island.
• On Onigashima, Bright learned Yamato wanted to live like Oden Kozuki and open Wano’s borders, then destroyed her explosive cuffs and urged her to lead the freed samurai.

Bright helped Tesoro bring Fish-Man Island to the world through a hit film, then stole Dyna Stone from a Marine base and began building ties between peoples. The arc ended with Bright accepting Apu’s challenge in Tana-Kena after securing an alliance with King Rody.

• Doflamingo warned Bright, Charlotte Linlin, and Kaido about the Government’s hidden power, while Bright refused Linlin’s offer and hurried back toward Fish-Man Island.
• Tesoro brought Bright his completed film, and Bright helped arrange its premiere on Fish-Man Island with Neptune and Otohime’s support.
• Tesoro’s film became an international hit, and Tesoro, Morgans, and Bright established Dream Factory as an entertainment company.
