That was why he hated the Celestial Dragons, hated the World Government, and thought of nothing but taking revenge on them at every moment.

Bright knew that Tesoro had told the truth, but not the whole truth.

Tesoro really had had such a friend—she was the woman he loved most—and she really had been tortured to death by the Celestial Dragons as a slave.
