The Xi Shui Alliance's Preliminary Round was being held at an upscale hotel in the city center. One reason for choosing this place was that it was close enough to Mingyue Hotel, saving them from having to walk too far.

Green Hotel was a hotel with a distinctive name. It was just over a kilometer from Mingyue Hotel and only two kilometers from the Sun Moon Empire's Imperial Palace. It occupied an absolute prime location.
