These politicians were pragmatic and serious. They would not change their minds because of a single sentence, nor would they alter their stance so easily. They needed to hear a precise, foolproof, guaranteed plan before they would approve Colonel Trevor's operation.

Upon hearing the colonel's answer, someone could not help frowning skeptically. "What does that have to do with your plan?"
