Background
Fringilla was born into the Tzepesh family, Blood Court royalty descended from the Tyrant bloodline. Her parents were killed by the Divine Court while she was young, after which she lived alone in a luxurious palace. Her noble blood and exceptional talent made her an untouchable, unruly figure within the Blood Court; she frequently ignored restrictions to wander among humans. Beneath this rebelliousness, she longed for affection, guidance, and someone willing to discipline her. 24
She identifies the Blood Court’s leader and Tzepesh family patriarch as her ancestor, Vlad Tzepesh—Dracula, a Blood Lord regarded as a boss-level threat in the setting. 162
Lothar summons Fringilla with an Advanced Retainer Gacha Ticket. She initially attempts to obtain his blood through seduction, but he refuses and establishes rules: she must not expose her vampire nature or harm ordinary people without permission. 23 24 27
Appearance
Before her elite promotion, Fringilla appeared as a petite girl in a black dress. Her white hair, pale complexion, and harmless presentation concealed her nature as a high-ranking vampire. 23
Following her autonomous elite promotion, she reshapes herself into a taller, mature woman with a more curvaceous build; she is later described as at least 1.75 meters tall. 582
- Long white hair; often wears it loose, in twin tails, or beneath a turban. 24 81
- Pale, bloodless skin and crimson or amber-red eyes. 81 582
- Initially manifests without the curling horns depicted in her character art. 23
- Can form or manifest crimson bat wings, blood-red armor, bone spurs, and blood-based weapons in combat. 363 642
- Wears the Tzepesh royal gargoyle crest on clothing and possesses the family’s Gargoyle Ring. 81 86
Personality
Fringilla is proud, vain, impulsive, and openly aware of her royal status. She expects recognition as a Blood Court princess, dislikes being controlled, and is easily irritated by difficult work or people she considers inferior—particularly werewolves. 24 221 243 748
Despite her arrogance, she is deeply sensitive to neglect. She values Lothar’s stories, praise, discipline, and attention, and becomes insecure when she feels replaced or unimportant. Her affection rises when Lothar treats her as someone to guide rather than someone to indulge. 24 28 94 227
She becomes more responsible over time, taking charge of magical construction, researching spells and alchemy, and striving to become self-reliant after being outmatched by Shemiel. 613 748
Abilities & Skills

Thirst for Blood
Fringilla can draw upon blood rich in life force to replenish spent vitality and mental power. 23
- Pureblood werewolf blood is particularly valuable to her because of its vitality and energy. 363
- Lothar’s Dragonbloodline is especially enticing to her and was used to help her recover after magical overexertion. 107 363
Blood Charm
Her voice carries the seductive charm of female vampires and can captivate people with weak wills. 23
- Her attempts to charm Lothar fail, partly because Prajna’s aura restores his clarity. 23
- Lothar recognizes her apparent sweetness and beauty as a deliberate façade. 23
Blood Pool Transformation
Unlocked through elite promotion, this ability is tied to Fringilla’s Blood Demonic Source and her blood-domain power. 23 582
- Pulls Shemiel into her blood pool world to delay him during the battle against the Ghost Dragon. 589
- Allows her to create a blood-sea environment and manipulate accumulated blood energy on a massive scale. 486
- Initially causes residual strain, requiring long periods of rest before she fully adapts to the Blood Demonic Source. 495
Tyrant Bloodline and Transformation
Fringilla is an inheritor of the Tzepesh Tyrant bloodline. Her Tyrant Transformation was initially locked behind Elite promotion. 23 486
- Uses a half-Tyrant state to kill a werewolf centurion and another werewolf during the defense of Wolfsborg. 354
- Manifests wings, pale armor formed from bone spurs, and a blood-forged sword while fighting werewolf centurions. 363
- Her transformed bloodline is recognized by enemies as that of a direct descendant of Dracula. 363
Illusion Array
Fringilla can establish illusions powerful enough to deceive high-level opponents. 363
- Tricks a pureblood werewolf centurion into tearing out his own heart. 363
- Uses cunning and psychological intimidation alongside direct blood-magic attacks. 363

- Claims that her arrays can turn New Basilicata into a localized blood domain. 749
Flight and Bat Transformation
Fringilla can turn into a bat and travel through the air. 582
- Uses bat form to leave Gaza City after proving her identity. 582
- Pursues threats through Constantinople alongside Celinina. 314
- Uses manifested wings and enhanced blood magic to capture a shapeshifting thief in the Great Library. 839
Blood Demon Exploding Body Technique
After her elite promotion, Fringilla studies advanced Blood Court spells to counter Shemiel. 613
- Intended to bypass a target’s spiritual barrier and induce blood riots within their body. 613
- Can disrupt an enemy spellcaster’s concentration even if it does not kill them outright. 613
Equipment / Weapons / Items
- Gargoyle Ring — Tzepesh family heirloom and token; can summon vampire guards and later helps Fringilla locate Lothar. It must recharge for a day after summoned soldiers die. 86 87 102
