Tuliphas.
It was a city located on the outskirts of Transylvania, Romania.
Most of the city's buildings had been repeatedly repaired and remodeled from medieval structures. It looked nothing like a modern city, retaining its medieval style instead, with stone houses everywhere. Its population was only around twenty thousand, sustaining itself through scattered agriculture and textile work.
The walls built during the Middle Ages to ward off invading Turkish soldiers still stood intact, encircling parts of the fortress and the city.
In such a city, a massive castle stood atop a gently rising hill.

At that moment, in a room on the castle's highest floor, a young man dressed like an aristocrat was staring at a crystal ball.
Within the crystal ball, a man was stepping into Tuliphas, entering the Yggdmillennia Family's territory.
Holding an expensive, ornate cane, the young man thoughtfully tapped the crystal ball before him.
The image within the crystal ball immediately zoomed in on the back of the left hand of the man who had entered Tuliphas.
There, the young man saw a faint mark.
