"Fang Li?"
Led by Sylvia, the girls who had been watching Fang Li suddenly froze.
"I'm back."
After saying that, Fang Li slowly walked over, as though he had merely gone out for a stroll. It was difficult to imagine that he had just gone to meet the Main God at the pinnacle of countless worlds. His every move seemed utterly ordinary.
Yet, the girls still sensed that something was off.
No, rather than something being off, they sensed a faint sense of incongruity.
Even Arcueid, the most innocent and worldly unaware among them, tilted her head and said something.
"What's wrong with you?"
Her words were filled with worry and concern.
The other girls were probably the same.
But Fang Li said nothing, merely smiling faintly.
"There's nothing wrong with me. Why would you say that?"
Like before, those words sounded entirely ordinary.
But everyone present had a close relationship with Fang Li. How could they possibly fail to notice the change in him?
Even though Fang Li's expression remained as calm and composed as ever, everyone keenly noticed that something about him had changed.
Especially Sylvia, who had been by Fang Li's side the longest. She hesitated before saying this.
"I just feel like you seem a little absent-minded."
That was exactly it.
At first glance, Fang Li appeared completely normal, yet the deepest part of his eyes still held a trace of dazedness.
He looked as though he had experienced a dream that had lasted a very, very, very long time, faintly revealing a sense of weathered weariness.
This made Alice, Youyou, Beatrice, and Index somewhat uneasy. They came to Fang Li's side and gently tugged at the hem of his clothes.
Misaka Mikoto directly asked aloud.
"Did you meet the Main God?"
That question brought a
