• Chen Yu met Viola in Root Language Forest, where she restored Arthur’s Sunpetal Daisy and gave him a feather to return to a black-feathered crow.
• Chen Yu subdued Pei Qi, recruited her as a guard, and led his forces through the Lava Well, where they killed a Silver Tier Boss Demon Bat and found an orichalcum ring.
• Chen Yu infiltrated the Obsidian Mining Area, discovered enslaved humanoids working in the goblin mine, and began building a hidden outpost and tunnel.
• Yano brought Chen Yu Laura’s translated letters about Corrupted Faith, and Chen Yu decided to use the Corrupted Avenger trial to help the slave miners.
• Chen Yu and Arthur learned that Root Language Forest needed protection, and Chen Yu proposed trading Magic Leaves for food while establishing a Magic Tree Academy.

Chen Yu freed the mine slaves, strengthened the Slime Kingdom, and formed an alliance with Viola’s Treants and Isolde’s elves while investigating Black Fang. As Black Fang gathered to attack the East Swamp, Chen Yu prepared the fortress defenses and tested Anvil’s new mobile cannon.

• Anvil helped Kane lead the mine slaves’ revolt, and Chen Yu made Hammer Bone repent long enough for the captives to escape.
• Chen Yu’s army secured the Obsidian Mining Area, rescued the slaves, and began rebuilding the mines while Anvil stayed to guard them.
• Chen Yu returned to the fortress, repelled the demonic tide, and planned new Slime professions as Black Fang mercenaries began probing the Swamp.
• Chen Yu and Yano met Kane at the Outpost Ruins and learned that Black Fang was producing Bloody Scrolls with forbidden-knowledge mages.
• Yano joined Lyon, Ella, and Max on their journey to Belmont Castle, where Nili recognized Yano as a descendant of the Stonekin who had left to seek a cure for Petrification Disease.
• Chen Yu helped Viola’s Treants defeat the Goblin Shaman’s plague attack, gained new plant traits, and agreed to an alliance with Viola.

Chen Yu defeated the mercenaries and goblins, forged new ties with the Stonekin and Seja’s snowfield tribe, and prepared the Slime Kingdom for further expansion. After refusing Casimir’s proposed alliance, Chen Yu turned his attention to recruiting the migrating Lizardfolk and confronting the Goblins.

• Calvin led the Black Fang mercenaries against Chen Yu’s fortress, but Arthur defeated him, and Chen Yu captured the force and learned that Casaric controlled the Goblins mining orichalcum.
• Arthur and Count Bran departed to retrieve the Crown of Ignis, while Chen Yu discovered new Spirit Medicines and investigated a cold Planar Rift with Isolde and Seja.
• Chen Yu and his army defeated an Ice Elemental Giant, enabling Seja to pass her trial and form a contract with it.
• Chen Yu’s Slimes completed Cracked Stone Fortress and repelled Grumg and the Goblins, capturing Goblin Shamans and gaining two alchemy seeds.
• Chen Yu and Yano met the Stonekin ancestors, who welcomed Yano’s attempt to take the Shadow Trial and considered an alliance against the Vampires.
• Seja and Semiya rescued a savage tribe from Gron’s orcs, and the tribe accepted supplies and swore to join the Slime Kingdom and guard the snowfield border.
• Chen Yu began refining pills, sent supplies to Yano, and installed the Eight Gates Golden Lock Array as the Kingdom’s Shield.
• Chen Yu rejected Casimir’s offer of cooperation against the Goblins and decided to lure the migrating Lizardfolk into his territory.

Chen Yu expanded the Slime Kingdom’s alliances and defenses while Yano completed the Stonekin trials and uncovered the threat behind the goblin advance. The arc ended as the Goblin Legion and Abyssal Spawn attacked Thorn Outpost, where Beet’s Blood Legion joined the defense.

• Turk completed his shaman trials, brought Shazak to the Slime Kingdom, and persuaded the Rotten Moss Tribe to migrate there.
• Yano won Karn’s duel, became a Sword Knight, and later tamed a Heart-Snatcher Shadow during the Shadow Trial.
• Chen Yu learned that Salazar had altered a Shadow Creature and that demons and goblins threatened the Stonekin, then investigated the rift connecting the regions.
• Chen Yu strengthened ties with the vampires through gel and gold trades, advanced his alchemy and oak-guardian project, and prepared a trade caravan for the White Horse Kingdom.
• Chen Yu gained blood-based talents and learned that goblins had occupied the Ice Elemental Plane as Aeath took command of the Goblin Legion.
• Chen Yu and Nili agreed to defend Gore in exchange for Shadow Creature corpses, and Chen Yu sent Slime builders and Beet’s Blood Legion through the rift.
• Anvil returned with Little Eileen, whom Isolde identified as a likely half-elf suffering from Root Wither, while Isolde planned to use ancient resin to create three oak guards.
• Nili led Yano and the young Stonekin to Thorn Outpost, where the Goblin Legion attacked and Beet’s Blood Stinger Bees struck back as Grumg sent the Abyssal Spawn into battle.
