Important Note: Issues with the Previous Chapter's Plot and Some Earlier Issues
First of all, I apologize to the readers who subscribed yesterday!
I'd like to ask for your suggestions in a separate chapter.
I kindly request readers who have read this chapter to leave comments or like other people's comments to provide suggestions. I will make revisions based on everyone's feedback.
In this separate chapter, I'd like to address a few other issues related to the book.
Table of contents:
1. Plot issues in Chapter 202.
Second, the issue of titles.
Third, the issue of Yellow-grade Technique.
IV. Other details.
First, the second half of the previous chapter seems off, and I'm hesitating about whether to revise it.
(If the text is revised, readers who have already subscribed do not need to resubscribe; simply refresh the page after the revision.)
The comments received so far are that this plot is too mysterious (the riddle), the plot is too abrupt, the protagonist is guided too simply, and the mastermind appears too early.
After thinking about it, I decided to write a separate chapter to apologize.
Is the entire plot inappropriate, or just the last paragraph?
So, which solution should be chosen now?
[Time Reversal: The plot after leaving Ten Thousand Immortals Pavilion is rewritten; the High-Dimensional Observer decides to erase the subplot involving Qi Yunzi.]
[Cutting Losses: Delete the last part of the story about Qi Yunzi.]
[No Retreat: Things have come to this point, slaying the dragon seems like a good outcome after all. We'll keep this storyline, but learn from it for the future.]
Or you can write any new suggestions here.
I apologize again, and here's why I wrote it that way yesterday:
One reason is that I wanted to add a touch of 'fantasy' to it. Yesterday I read a few ancient fantasy stories, which included a slovenly Daoist priest telling fortunes, and I thought I'd copy that over.
Looking back now, the writing style from hundreds of years ago is too outdated and cannot be copied directly.
Secondly, I'm still thinking about high-level strategic planning (a chess player making a move), and conspiracy theories (a powerful being scheming against all living beings). It seems like I'm starting to lose my mind again.
It turned out badly.
I don't know if the last paragraph was superfluous or if the beginning was just too abrupt.
Now that we've covered the most important issues, let's discuss the rest.
Second, the issue of titles.
Regarding Xiao Chen's Wood Spiritual Root, his current title is [Flame Dragon True Person], which is just one of his many future titles.
The names given to other True Person in the past were also mostly related to their abilities (this should be quite obvious).
Therefore, the cultivators from Li Province and Hezhou Cultivators came up with the title "Flame Dragon" to describe the representative Law Technique, True Yang Fire Dragon.
Later, after making a name for themselves by using new Law Technique or Law Artifact in the Eastern Domain, they will also receive new titles.
Third, the issue of Yellow-grade Technique.
Actually, I already mentioned this once in Chapter 188, but it was a bit late, and some readers may not have seen it in that chapter, so I'll repeat it here.
Please rest assured, there will be no issue of achieving immortality through Yellow-grade Technique.
There will also be no problem of significant waste of Hextech.
If needed later, a suitable new setting will be provided to solve the problem.
IV. Other details.
It's already 11 o'clock. Regarding the statistics on whether or not to revise the article, I will refer to the situation before 6 pm. If the situation becomes clear, I will start revising it as soon as possible, otherwise it will be too late to write.
I'm not a fast typist. In actual writing, even if I write and think for an hour, I can probably only output six hundred to a thousand words.
If I need to revise the article, I should probably ask for leave today.
I will post another chapter after I finish making the revisions, reminding everyone to refresh.
As you can probably tell, I am indeed a novice; my writing is rather rudimentary, and I genuinely lack experience.
The main issue is with the plot development; there are some flaws that I myself didn't even realize were wrong.
After I wrote it down and everyone talked about it, I realized that I might have been thinking off-topic.
I'm not saying this to excuse myself, but to ask everyone to believe that I will seriously listen to advice and avoid similar situations from happening again.
So please leave your valuable suggestions if you've read this far; these suggestions are really important.
.
These are some of the things I wanted to say this time.
Finally, thank you all for your support of this book, and thank you for your comments and valuable suggestions!
Routinely, I'll try to get an Or2.
