Yan Qingshan moved quickly, heading straight to the end of the valley. The ten-meter-high cave was the Snow Demon Heavenly Ape's lair, and the stench inside was exactly the same as the smell on its body.

With a wave of his hand, Yan Qingshan sent a wisp of green flame drifting into the cave. It darted about wildly for a while, and only after sensing no threat to life did he enter with ease.

Loose stones lay scattered throughout the dozen-meter-long cave, and white fur could be seen everywhere. The cave was not very deep. The surrounding walls and the far end were covered in claw marks; it had likely been dug out by the Snow Demon Heavenly Ape itself.

Yan Qingshan walked into one corner of the cave, where there was a large depression. The hollow was covered in white fur, and the large footprints around it were far more numerous than anywhere else. It was likely where the Snow Demon Heavenly Ape usually rested—and where Yan Qingshan's target lay.

Yan Qingshan curled his palm into a fist, using battle qi to gather the dirt and fur into a ball. As he did so, a dark underground opening appeared before his eyes.

"Crimson Serpent, watch outside."
