A few days later, Donna finally returned to class. Ang noticed that Donna seemed different from before today—she appeared much more confident. This led Ang to guess that her family's worries had been weighing on her all along. When she saw Ang, Donna took the initiative to greet him, and Ang responded warmly.

Ang asked with concern, "Donna, did you go home? Did that Black Magic Mark Skin help?"

Excitement filled Donna's face as she said, "Yes, my grandfather was extremely satisfied with that Black Magic Mark Skin." She continued, "And Ang, when my grandfather heard that the Black Magic Mark Skin was your spoil of war, he became very curious about you too. He even said you were welcome to visit our home anytime."

Hearing this, Ang felt a little expectant. Just as he was considering when to visit Donna's grandfather, Charles leaned in and said eagerly, "I want to go too, Ang. Take me with you!"

Donna's home was located in the commercial district of the western part of the city, where shops stood side by side and the streets bustled with activity. Ang guessed that this location had likely been chosen to make it easier for Donna's grandfather to purchase daily necessities and acquire alchemical materials.
