Ang spent two days at the underground base, handling some follow-up matters after Quintina's advancement and taking a brief rest before setting off back to Amnath City.

A backlog of government affairs in the city still required his personal attention. He spent two intense days at the Lord's Mansion making arrangements before sorting out the crucial matters.

Early on the third day, he summoned Isi and Puri, calling them separately into the reception hall.

"Are you ready?" Ang looked at them, his tone calm yet expectant.

"My lord, this is the fourth Imperial city I've visited, after North Wind Territory, Tan'anster City, and Akreli," Isi could not help remarking.

"Same here." Puri smiled in agreement, looking around with obvious curiosity about this major western city.

"Looks like I can't keep leaving you two cooped up in the Archipelago Plane." Ang looked at them with a teasing note in his voice.

"Once we return from the God-Demon Battlefield, I'll arrange for you to visit more places across the Empire."

Isi and Puri both perked up at once, anticipation flashing through their eyes.
