Background / History

Natiya and Linya's human father formed an adventuring team after arranging for Linya. During their exploration of the Archipelago Plane, Natiya discovered the World Tree and entered it alone by following her elven bloodline's senses. The threat posed by Lizardmen prevented her from returning outside, leaving her among the World Tree elves for years. 524

While living on the World Tree, Natiya was involved with Legolas. Their relationship later proved restrictive: she described him as overbearing and said she had never truly been able to make her own choices. 526 Her earlier union with a human was considered a violation of elven law. 524

Natiya reunites with Linya when Ange, Dana, and Linya arrive at the World Tree. Overcome with emotion, she embraces her daughter and later expresses guilt over having left her. 523 524 When Legolas attempts to keep Natiya behind and rejects Linya because she is a half-elf, Natiya ultimately flees the World Tree with her daughter, Ange, and Dana. 525

After returning to the Elf Forest, Natiya later reunites with Ange in the Archipelago Plane. Their relationship develops into a committed partnership, culminating in mutual vows under Themis, God of Nature. 664 665 She eventually becomes one of World City's two declared mistresses and marries Ange alongside Quintina. 916
