Background / History

Bibi Dong and Fu Ye were senior and junior disciples in adjacent Spirit Hall classes. They met in the library and discussed Martial Souls and statecraft; Fu Ye would explain his views at length while Bibi Dong listened and offered her own thoughts. Her favorability toward him had reached 75% by the time he disappeared. 2

As Spirit Hall’s Saintess and Qian Xunji’s disciple, Bibi Dong was expected to become the organization’s future Pope. When she believed Fu Ye had been tortured to death by the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan, she blamed Yu Xiaogang and the clan, swearing revenge. Her grief did not stop her cultivation, but it hardened her methods against traitors and perceived enemies. 2 10 13 26

Qian Xunji later drugged and imprisoned Bibi Dong in a secret chamber, intending to force her to remain in Spirit Hall. Fu Ye intervened, defeated him, and freed her. Bibi Dong openly acknowledged her love for Fu Ye during their reunion, and her favorability reached a locked 100%. 33 34 35

Afterward, Fu Ye provided her with elite protection, God-bestowed Spirit Rings, immortal herbs, antidote pills, and a complete set of 200,000-year Blood God Demon Dragon King spirit bones. In the later reincarnation-era storyline, Bibi Dong is reborn as Long Quan'er, the Holy Spirit Cult’s Saintess.
