The End Is Also the Beginning

The Naruto story was finished. A lot happened along the way, and it was thanks to everyone's support that Handsome Crow kept going. I'm truly grateful. Thank you, everyone.

Also, maybe Handsome Crow's ideas were too naive, so this book had quite a few "poisonous points" that made many veteran Qidian readers cry, "Poisoned!" or "Dropped from the opening!" All Handsome Crow could do was sympathize.

As for why I wrote it this way, that involved a more serious question—why did I write the Tao Te Ching?

Because I wanted to!

And one more thing: as for everyone asking me to write Boruto, forget it. After all, Zhang Miao and Naruto were from the same generation. What kind of sense would it make for them to hang out with their nephew?

Anyway, stumbling along, the Naruto story was finally finished. Although there were plenty of twists and turns—my stomach bled, the World Cup began, my girlfriend ran off—it at least had an ending.

So now came the important question: the new book.

A new book? Impossible. There was no way I'd write a new book this year. I was too lazy to come up with a story, too lazy to write an outline. Only by continuing to write the old book could I barely make a living. Besides, the readers here were all so talented and spoke so pleasantly. I loved it here so much—how could I bear to start a new book?
