Uchiha Ci drew Futsu-no-mitama and used its lightning power to destroy Kitsuchi’s Stone Golem, but Kitsuchi unleashed a mountain-scale Earth Style technique to bring the mountain down on him. Kitsuchi exhausted his Chakra to cut off Uchiha Ci’s escape, and the mountain crashed into Yunming City.

• Uchiha Ci summoned the eighteen-meter Futsu-no-mitama, while Kitsuchi realized the danger and sent his Stone Golem leaping at Susanoo.
• Uchiha Ci drew Futsu-no-mitama, pierced the Stone Golem, and split it apart with a rising slash.
• Kitsuchi tried to flee, but Uchiha Ci struck at him with an enormous lightning sword, forcing him to dodge and fight on.

As Youth A and Killer B prepared to kill him, his allies and a group of Akatsuki members appeared to defend him.

• Uchiha Ci threatened to kill the Land of Lightning’s Daimyo and the Third Raikage at the Five Nations Summit in six days, then realized his power had run out and he could not safely climb down from the Four-Tails.
• Youth A arrived and found Killer B injured, but Motoi revealed that Uchiha Ci had exhausted his Chakra and was close to losing consciousness.

Uchiha Ci woke in an abandoned shelter, learned that he and several allies had been branded rogue ninja, and heard Nagato explain why Yahiko had chosen him as a potential God of peace. Nagato brought him outside, where Yahiko announced his plan to build Akatsuki around Uchiha Ci as an ultimate weapon to deter war.

• Uchiha Ci woke from a day-long recovery and accepted food and water from Nagato, who had helped bandage him.
• Nagato told Uchiha Ci that the Five Great Nations and other powers had declared them a terrorist organization, while Hiruzen Sarutobi and Hanzo of the Salamander had classified them as rogue ninja.

Uchiha Ci reflected on how his pure Natural Energy-based Sage Mode might be developed further and asked Orochimaru to take him to Turtle Island before the Five Nations Summit. Orochimaru instead led him to a hidden laboratory and revealed a huge object submerged in Formalin.

• Uchiha Ci considered his human-compatible Sage Mode and its immense power, but recognized that using it depended on his rare physical traits and mutated eyes.

Elsewhere, Hidan and the wounded Roshi learned that Uchiha Ci planned to assassinate the Daimyo in five days, and Roshi vowed that Uchiha Ci and Kumogakure would die.

• Orochimaru revealed that he had grown a complete Hachibi Horn using a sample and iterated Hashirama Cells, and said it could give Uchiha Ci power for the Five Nations Summit.
• Uchiha Ci eagerly accepted the prospect of sealing the Hachibi sample, then wondered whether Orochimaru could mass-produce Tailed Beast Jinchuriki.
• In a ruined chapel beneath Yunming City, Hidan recalled learning from two Kumogakure Ninja that Uchiha Ci was alive and planned to assassinate the Daimyo in five days.

• Mei Terumi explained Kirigakure’s three factions and said the Third Mizukage had dispatched a Pursuit Force delegation led by either Suikazan Fuguki or Juzo Biwa.

Meanwhile, Uchiha Ci waited near Turtle Island after his ship’s engine flooded and prepared to test ways to improve Sage Mode and investigate his Incomplete Ten-Tails Body talent.

• White Zetsu told Madara Uchiha that Uchiha Ci had unexpectedly encountered the Third Mizukage, Bai Lan, while traveling with Tobi.
• Madara Uchiha crushed White Zetsu in anger, then set off toward the sea to prevent the situation from disrupting his plan.
• Uchiha Ci failed to repair his flooded Thunder Ship and waited near Turtle Island for the Island Turtle to arrive.

Third Mizukage Bai Lan recognized Uchiha Ci as the one disrupting his voyage and suspected someone had leaked his secret route. As his forces moved to attack Ci, Bai Lan secretly arranged to eliminate Suikazan Fuguki and called on Tobi for help.

• Bai Lan recognized Uchiha Ci and suspected the Pursuing Ninjas had revealed his route to the Three-Tails Jinchuriki deal with Madara Uchiha.

• Uchiha Ci realized the senjutsu-powered Uchiha Flame Array could not restrain Natural Energy, so he began building a Super · Deathmatch Barrier inside it.
• Suikazan Fuguki attacked Uchiha Ci with Samehada while Kisame prepared a sneak attack from behind.
