The crowd marched resolutely toward the gates of God Burying City.

As they neared God Burying City, one investigator after another came to a stop, their footsteps becoming exceptionally slow.

Fear appeared on some faces. Others looked savage, their eyes bloodshot as they stood in place and repeatedly shouted, "Kill! Kill! Kill!"

Blood even began to spill continuously from the corners of some mouths.

Wang Ye stood atop the city wall, expressionless as he watched the people below. His fists clenched slightly, but he said nothing.

This

was something one had to experience to join God Burying City.

Pass through this illusion, and one could enter the city.

Those behind them had already sensed that something was wrong from the expressions of those ahead, yet they still entered the formation without hesitation, wearing carefree smiles.

Outside the city, people packed the grounds.

Most of the investigators stood where they were, their expressions complicated, unable to take even a single step forward.
