M.O.D.O.K.

M.O.D.O.K., short for Mental Organism Designed Only for Computing, was one of A.I.M.'s final top-secret projects.

As the name implied, it was a project designed to enhance the brain's computational abilities and grant the human brain a series of powers, including telekinesis. In fact, even by the day A.I.M. collapsed, the M.O.D.O.K. project had never been completed and had been tossed straight into the trash heap.

But Hydra, which had taken over all of A.I.M.'s assets, did not see it that way. Not only had they dug M.O.D.O.K.'s designs and engineering plans out of the garbage, but they had also prepared a perfect host body for him—Aldrich Killian, who had been blown up until only his head remained.

Relying on the Extremis virus within Killian's body, the surgery was completed successfully. Of course, there was a price: his head had become enormously enlarged due to the excessive enhancement of his brain's computational abilities, while his regenerated torso and limbs were incredibly slender. As a result, he had no choice but to build a flying platform around his head and mount himself onto it.
