Spider-Man Humiliates Loki

Facing Spider-Man's provocation, though he did not understand it, Executioner was the first to charge forward, determined to avenge his previous humiliation. The moment Peter saw Executioner rushing at him, he fired a strand of webbing straight at his face.

Executioner, who had been on guard, abruptly ducked. Then he saw a web strand stick to his foot, and his whole body lost balance as he fell straight to the ground.

Of course, Peter knew exactly what he was going to do. Executioner was the only one of the three who could not use magic, so naturally he had no way of knowing that Peter could predict his every move. Yet against Absorbing Man, whose entire body had already turned into Uru metal, a weapon of this caliber only left a mark on his chest. Loki controlled Absorbing Man's arms and clutched the giant axe tightly, looking at Spider-Man with a mocking smile as he asked,

"Is this how you fight a god?"

"Of course not. If you hadn't mentioned it, I would've forgotten." Peter immediately summoned Serathok's Crimson Chains to bind Absorbing Man. But the latter directly used Surtur's fiery power to burn the chains. That was not Peter's goal, however. He slapped his palm against the other man's body, and in that instant, Loki was stunned.
