"Looks like even though it's already past midnight, you still won't have much time to rest."

Gwen came over to Peter's side and looked at Strange, who was chatting with Iron Fist and Moon Knight. She sighed from the bottom of her heart. Peter helplessly agreed. "Tell me about it. You should head back first. Tomorrow's still Sunday, so you can probably sleep in a little."

"What about you?"

"I won't be going to watch tomorrow's homecoming football game. Whether Strange has anything urgent or not, I definitely won't have time during the day tomorrow."

Peter complained helplessly. Gwen could only nod after hearing that, but then she seemed to think of something and asked, "I understand that you didn't invite me this year because Felicia needed your help. But if Felicia hadn't needed anything this year, who would you have invited?"

Peter had not expected that question. His first thought was that he would go with whoever invited him first, before realizing Gwen was asking whom he had intended to invite.

At that moment, Peter Parker's most honest answer was, "Cindy, because I invited you last year."

So Peter answered.

"If there hadn't been anything with Felicia this year, I definitely would've asked you to dance again."

"Really?"

"Definitely. All right, Strange is calling me. See you in a bit."

After taking a deep breath, Peter turned and headed over to Strange. Strange had just finished chatting and looked at him. "Ah, Spider-Man, you're finally here."

"That sounds like you need my help. I really hope you don't need to ask people for help in the middle of the night."

"Of course not. I just came to give you all an invitation while I was at it. Tomorrow at noon, you can come to the Sanctum Sanctorum for lunch.
