As Gorgon fell, the Shadow Realm finally began to dissipate. It turned out that even after Set absorbed a massive amount of energy from the Shadow Dimension, it was fucking useless—after Kunlun's Iron Fist power knocked him out of Gorgon's body, a basic Kamar-Taj spell blasted him clear of it and finished him off in one go.
And because his true body was not in Universe 616, he was sent flying away wholesale, once again thoroughly kicked out of Universe 616.
But after Set had been driven off and the Shadow Realm incident had become an anticlimactic, somewhat hilarious affair, Peter became concerned about something else: Set had said he had finally found this universe. In other words, had he been searching for this universe all along? Did he plan to come back?
Um... if Peter remembered correctly, hadn't Devourer of Gods Atum driven him away? Why was he still thinking about coming back?
Peter made a mental note of it, then turned to other matters. He walked over to Ghost Rider and tapped the guy's skull with a finger. A few seconds later, flames reignited atop Ghost Rider's skull, and he finally climbed to his feet.
"Ah, what happened?"
Ghost Rider had no idea what had happened to him. After Peter quickly explained, Ghost Rider looked at him in confusion. "So that guy was actually a weakling? As long as you don't touch him, he's no threat, and the Eye of Judgment is the only thing that can one-shot him?"
"Uh, yes."
Johnny shifted back into human form, utterly baffled. "Then what am I even doing here?"
