By the next morning, Peter stared at the bloodstone pendant in his hand and fell into thought. He had originally planned to deliver the thing to Strange, but had forgotten. He had returned rather late in the early hours, then gone straight to sleep. When he finally went to find Strange that morning, Strange had, quite unexpectedly, refused to take it.

Peter still did not know why. Strange had not accepted the bloodstone and had instead told him to keep it. And as always, Strange maintained his air of mysticism, refusing to tell Peter what the thing was for.

As far as Peter knew, a bloodstone was a magical item cultivated by tearing away half of a person's soul while they were still alive. It was the finest casting material for dark magic and the best source of mana for necromancy.

But the problem was, he had no use for necromancy and did not know dark magic either. Why give it to him?

After thinking for a while, Peter put away the pendant and looked around. He had arrived early today, and as usual, there were hardly any classmates nearby. Amadeus had unexpectedly arrived quite early as well, so Peter curiously asked, "Has something happened in Greece lately?"
